As our E-commerce Customer Experience Officer, you will manage the before and after sales support for our online customers from our Noosaville offices.
This is an in office role where you will work across our Shopify, Loop and Customer Service Softwear (Gorgias) to enhance the buying experience for our e-comm customers.
You will manage returns, exchanges and general customer enquiries.For this role the applicant must possess:Strong understanding of E-comm businesses and platformsExcellent communication and time management skillsAbility to work autonomously and within a team environmentThis role is Part time and consists of aproximately 4 hours each day Mon-Fri.
