What we’re looking for
Proven Store Management experience in Optics at Senior Store Manager level
Experience - Previous experience in Optics at a Senior Store Manager level a must
This is a floating role, depending on the needs of the business so reliable transport is a must
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
High energy and adaptability in a rapid-paced environment
Strong leadership skills - you know how to motivate and develop a team
Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results
