The Chance

Join our Sydney GTS team as a Senior Internal Claims Adjuster, where you'll take ownership of a portfolio of complex property claims. You'll work closely with experienced adjusters and industry specialists, playing a key role in delivering fair, timely, and well-managed outcomes.

Key requirements
Strong experience in General Insurance Property Claims
Robust technical capability and sound judgement
Knowledge of relevant legislation and insurance practices
Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills
Ability to interpret complex information and act decisively
Strong time management and prioritisation skills
Resilient, adaptable, and team-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ANZIIF / ACLA qualifications (preferred)
