Main Position Tasks:
Account Management & Growth

• Develop strategic account plans to maximise sales, market share, and brand presence

• Identify and secure current online wholesale opportunities and distribution channels

• Conduct performance reviews and business planning with digital partners
E-Commerce Operations

• Manage product listings, content, pricing, and inventory across wholesale B2B platforms

• Optimise digital shelf presence to maximise product discovery and conversion





• Work with marketing to coordinate promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising for wholesale accounts

• Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all digital wholesale channels

• Collaborate with marketing team on digital assets and content requirements
Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyse KPIs: sales, conversion rates, traffic, margin performance

• Monitor competitor activity including pricing, promotions, and merchandising strategies

• Generate regular performance reports with data-driven recommendations

• Forecast demand and support inventory planning processes

• Identify market trends and growth opportunities
Strategic Execution

• Execute e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives

• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, logistics, and operations

• Implement best practices for B2B e-commerce and online marketplace management

• Stay current on e-commerce trends, technologies, and platform developments
