The Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service. Friendly communication and attention to detail are essential to ensure every client feels heard, welcomed, and cared for.

Key responsibilities include:
Opening or closing the clinic
Greeting clients and making them feel welcome
Scheduling appointments and managing communications (phone, email, text)
Handling payments (EFTPOS/Private health claims)
Performing general maintenance tasks,



including laundry and stocktaking

Role details:
Approx. 20 hours per week
Shifts: 9 a.m.–2 p.m., 2 p.m.–8 p.m., and one weekend shift

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with:
A bubbly, confident personality and excellent phone manner
Solid multitasking and organizational skills
Proficiency with computers (knowledge of Canva is a bonus!)
Experience in the health or allied health industry—or a strong interest in wellness
