The Langham Hotel Melbourne is seeking a part time Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office team in Melbourne. You will work with a team of approximately 60 colleagues and deliver high-level guest service across check-in/out, inquiries, currency exchange and switchboard operations.
Candidates should have at least 1 year in a 5-star Front Office role, Opera experience, and robust numeracy and communication skills. Weekend and public holiday availability is required.
