THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a mature, experienced, admin-orientated Customer Service and Sales person to assist in the running of our two modern self-storage facilities in Moorabbin and Abbotsford. This is a permanent part time role approx 30 hours per week (all day Thurs-Fri-Sat plus 5 hours on Sunday) with the possibility of transitioning to full time in 2027.

We are particularly interested in hearing from mature, down to earth individuals with prior roles in real estate, property management, hotel reception or any other position that prioritises face to face customer exposure.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

This is an interesting and varied role which will draw on your excellent customer service skills as you:-
respond to the needs of existing customers
handle all telephone, email and walk-in enquiries
liaise with customers and help them satisfy their self-storage needs
sign up customers,



take payments and update customer records
ensure customer loyalty by offering exceptional follow-up service and support
be proactive and diligent in the maintenance and presentation of both facilities
be the face of the business by delivering friendly, flawless, customer care

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:-
is happy to "float" as needed between Moorabbin and Abbotsford
is happy to work on weekends
has proven experience delivering confident and diplomatic customer service
is a fast accurate typist
has solid admin and computer skills
has a current driver's licence and their own reliable vehicle
