We're known for great venues, high standards and a strong focus on developing our people.About the RoleWe're looking for an energetic, hands-on Duty Manager to join our front of house leadership team.
Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you'll lead service on the floor, support and motivate the team, and make sure every guest has a great experience, from a quick drink to a large group booking.This is a casual role offering around 30 hours per week.
Four Hundred trades Tuesday to Saturday, and you'll need to be available across all five trading days, including day and night shifts.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise floor service, keeping service smooth, efficient and guest-focusedRun pre-shift briefings and allocate sections and duties to the teamTrain,



coach and support front of house staff to maintain service standardsHandle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and promptlyCoordinate with the kitchen and bar to keep service running seamlesslyOversee functions, events and large group bookings on the dayOpen and close the venue, including cash handling, end-of-day reconciliations and floor checksMake sure RSA, WHS and venue compliance standards are followed at all timesStep up to support the Venue Manager when neededAbout YouAt least 1–2 years' experience in a supervisory or senior front of house role in a busy bar, restaurant or venueA current NSW RSA (essential); an RCG is highly regardedConfident leading a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsCalm under pressure, with robust problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with POS and booking systems (experience with SevenRooms is a bonus)Passion for food, drinks and hospitality, with an interest in agave spirits a plusAvailability Tuesday to SaturdayWhat We OfferFrom $35+ per hour plus super, depending on experienceAround 30 hours per week with consistent rosteringStaff meals on shiftGroup-wide staff discounts across Tilley & Wills venuesReal career pathways across a growing hospitality groupOngoing training and developmentAccess to our Employee Assistance ProgramA supportive, fun and inclusive team culture
