You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
You will need to be able to start at 6am on delivery days which are Tuesday, Thursday & FridaysAbility to lift to 15kg, repetitively, and use of mechanical aids such as a Pallet Jack.About this work areaAs an IKEA Food Goods Receiver your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Ensuring your area is efficiently maintained in compliance with Food standards by keeping it clean, organisedFollow IKEA rules and Guidelines with Goods receivingCleaning and organise storage areas ready for delivery'sDeep cleaning of storage areas – walk in fridges and freezersSmall amount of administrative work using a digital tool for receiving orders and pallet returnsWho you areAs an IKEA Food Goods Receiver you have:Experienced with working in an extremely rapid paced, hands-on environment.
Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded.Enthusiastic about working within a team of like-minded people.Able to follow strict IKEA Food and HACCP policies and daily operational routines around quality and food safety, including temperature and date checks.We need people like youAt IKEA, work is so much more than a job.
