Accredited Distributors, a leading confectionery snack foods and beverage distribution company in Australia, have apositionfor a motivated and enthusiasticOffice Clerk to join our team located at our Geelong warehouse.Role will be based on 38 hour Week, 5 days per week.Your responsibilitiesAssist in accounts payable data entryAnsweringthe telephoneAssist in daily bankingAssist in credit controlAccounts receivable reconciliationsAttending to customer enquiries both in person and via phoneAccepting and processing customer ordersProcessing sales ordersLiaising with warehouse staff membersLiaise with staff and customersRequired skills and experienceAttention to detailExcellent phone mannerWork autonomouslyFlexibility within the working conditionsPrevious experience in a similar role or industry would be an advantage but not essentialLiaise with staff and customersThe successful candidate will have some experience and understanding of the above processes and is able to manage multiple tasks.
