Western District Health Service is seeking compassionate Health Care Workers to join the Penshurst Campus for a 12-month fixed-term, part-time role (32 hours per week).
You will support residents to live with dignity and independence through person-centred care and meaningful interactions.Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide secure, respectful care, assist with daily living activities and report changes promptly.
