We are looking for a reliable, energetic and organised Junior Property & Operations Assistant to join our growing property management team.

This is an entry-level, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being out and about as well as helping with day-to-day office operations. Previous real estate experience is not essential — full training will be provided.

What you’ll be doing
Completing property outgoings and general property visits
Dropping off and collecting keys
Assisting with basic property inspections and operational tasks
Delivering and collecting items from properties
Organising keys and property-related supplies
Keeping our warehouse and stock areas organised
Organising office supplies and operational areas
Basic administration and data entry
Assisting the property and operations teams with day-to-day tasks
Liaising with team members, occupants and contractors when required
Other general property and operational duties as required

About you

We’re looking for someone who:
Is reliable, punctual and willing to learn
Is organised and able to follow instructions
Has a positive and professional attitude
Is comfortable working independently




Enjoys being out on the road and visiting different properties
Is comfortable using a computer and learning recent systems
Has positive communication skills
Is looking to build experience within the property industry

Essential requirements
Current Australian driver’s licence
Own reliable car
Comfortable driving to properties throughout Sydney
Full Australian working rights
Must be available to work Tuesday to Saturday
Able to perform light stock handling and general warehouse/office organisation

Hours & Benefits
Full time – 38 hours per week
Tuesday to Saturday
Sunday & Monday off
$55,000 + superannuation
Fuel for work-related travel is paid by the company
Full training provided
