About the Role

Bathers' Pavilion is seeking a qualified Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our two-hatted restaurant team at Balmoral Beach. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be a key leader on the floor, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences. This role is available on a casual or part time basis and requires a dedicated, hands-on presence during service.

Bathers' Pavilion is an iconic Sydney destination located at Balmoral Beach. Our venue features a 2-hatted restaurant, an upscale bistro, and a Thai restaurant. We offer a premium, beachside dining environment just 20 minutes from the CBD.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the floor team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Oversee daily operations, including staff briefings, meal timings, and end-of-shift procedures.
Coordinate staff training and mentorship as required.
Maintain an impeccable level of service and customer satisfaction.




Collaborate closely with Restaurant Managers and Directors.
Ensure a robust, dedicated presence on the floor during peak service times.

Requirements
At least 2+ years of experience in a high-end restaurant setting.
Current New South Wales RSA competency card.
Full working rights for Australia.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong work ethic with a high degree of responsibility.
Ability to work cohesively within a high-performing team.
