Female Disability Support Worker ****** yrs age)YH Support is seeking a Female Disability Support Worker (Advanced Fluency - Mandatory due to comprehension issues) and between the age group of ***** yrs (as requested by the participant) to join our team in Morayfield, QLD and surrounding areas.
This is a casual role that will involve providing compassionate and high-quality care to our clients with disabilities.
You will work closely with our clients to assist them with daily living activities and support their independence and wellbeing.What you'll be doingAssisting clients with personal care, such as showering, dressing, and groomingHelping clients with household tasks, including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundryAccompanying and supporting clients in the community, such as during social outings or appointmentsProviding emotional support and engaging clients in meaningful activitiesDocumenting client progress and communicating with the broader care teamAdhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and safety protocolsWhat we're looking forCertificate III or IV in Disability or Aged Care,
