Our surf club is on the lookout for a Casual Chef to join our friendly, fast‐paced kitchen team.As a Casual Chef, you'll be responsible for:Preparing and cooking high‐quality meals across lunch and dinner servicesMaintaining a clean, secure and organised kitchenSupporting menu preparation and specialsWorking as part of a fun, supportive team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for members and guestsEnsuring consistent food quality during busy periods (especially weekends and events)What We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a busy venueStrong work ethic and the ability to stay calm under pressureA passion for fresh, tasty food and great presentationAvailability to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings (penalty rates apply)A positive attitude and team-first mindset
