You'll assist clients with high support needs, including those using wheelchairs and requiring medical support, helping them live with dignity and independence.The role involves personal care, daily living support, and promoting autonomy within shared living environments.SCHAD's Award Level 2Pay rates from$***** – $***** (base rate)Salary Packaging: Not-for-profit salary packaging available, including $15,900 tax-free + $2,650 meal and entertainment perks per FBT year.
