Clean by Courtney (CBC) is a growing professional cleaning business providing residential cleaning services across Sydney's Inner West and commercial cleaning services across the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and surrounding areas.
We're looking for reliable, detail-focused cleaners to join our expanding team as our residential and commercial client base continues to grow.
We're looking for people who genuinely want ongoing, versatile work, take pride in delivering a high standard of cleaning and are interested in building up regular hours with a growing business.
This is a casual employee position offering approximately 4–10 hours per week initially, with opportunities for additional hours as the business grows.
The role could suit someone looking for flexible work around study, family commitments or another part-time role, or someone looking to build up regular hours over time.

About the role
You'll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality cleaning services across residential and/or commercial properties.
Residential cleaning:
Based across Sydney's Inner West
Predominantly weekday daytime work
Regular residential maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning and end-of-lease cleaning
Working independently or alongside other team members depending on the job
Commercial cleaning:




Based across Sydney's Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and surrounding areas
Cleaning offices, workplaces and other commercial premisesli>
Shifts may include early mornings, evenings or weekends depending on client requirements
Working independently or as part of a team
What we offer:
$35 per hour plus superannuation for standard daytime work
Applicable award penalty rates, overtime rates and allowances where required
Fortnightly pay

Typical duties include
Vacuuming and mopping floors
Cleaning and sanitising kitchens, bathrooms and toilets
Dusting, wiping and cleaning surfaces
General residential and commercial maintenance cleaning
Cleaning offices, staff facilities, communal areas and other commercial spaces
Emptying bins and replacing liners
Using appropriate cleaning products, equipment and methods for different surfaces
Following client-specific instructions and CBC cleaning procedures




Maintaining consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation and attention to detail
About you

Previous professional residential or commercial cleaning experience is desirable, but the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important.
Requirements
Due to the travel involved in the role and the need to transport cleaning equipment, applicants must:
Hold a current driver's licence and have reliable access to a car
Be able to travel to cleaning jobs within the relevant service areas (Inner West for residential cleaning; Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and surrounding areas for commercial cleaning)
Hold a current National Police Check, or be willing to obtain one
Have valid Australian working rights
Have availability for weekday daytime work and/or early morning, evening or weekend commercial shifts
Be comfortable undertaking the physical requirements of professional cleaning work
