Our firm has been providing standout accounting and taxation services, solid business advisory, innovative structure advice and reliable secretarial services to a range of small to medium businesses.The RoleWe are recruiting for a Part-time experienced bookkeeper / client services assistant to join our fun and growing team.Duties will include, but not limited to:Manage and maintain clients accounting software'sPreparation of monthly & quarterly IAS & BASManage and process clients payrollProcessing Superannuation Guarantee obligationsGeneral software coding and reconcilingInvestigative bookkeeping and ability to provide proactive improvements and solutions to ensure best practiceSetting up new clients on accounting software's (Xero,



MYOB)Transition clients onto new sofwaresEnsuring clients are meeting all statutory deadlinesMaintaining ATO, ABR, ASIC databasesAssisting clients with various queriesAssisting with phone calls and queriesGeneral Ad-hoc dutiesRequirementsSkills requiredSound knowledge and extensive experience using MYOB & XERO software'sCertificate 4 in Accounting or BookkeepingProfessional with valuable communication skills, both verbal and writtenGreat attention to detailDriving license essential as client visit may be requiredAbility to work autonomously as well as within a teamCandidates must have full rights to work in Australia.Location: Sydney (AU)Contract type: Part-time
