Reception Role Overview : We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the face of Cosy dental. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for the patient experience, ensuring our clinic runs efficiently and our patients feel valued.

Assistant Role Overview : Cosy Dental is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to provide high-quality clinical support work closely with our dentists to ensure patient comfort, safety, and excellent procedural outcomes.

Reception Key Responsibilities
Patient Coordination : Greet patients, manage check-ins/check-outs, and handle a multi-line phone system.
Scheduling : Manage the clinical calendar to maximize efficiency and minimize gaps.
Insurance & Billing : Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and assist with claims submission.
Administrative Support : Maintain digital patient records and ensure all forms are completed accurately.

Assistant Key Responsibilities
Chairside Assisting : Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc.).
Sterilization : Prepare, clean,



and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to guidelines.
Patient Care : Educate patients on post-operative care and oral hygiene instructions.
Lab Work : Pour models, create custom trays, and manage lab cases.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience : Previous experience in a dental or medical office is highly preferred.
Tech-Savvy : Able to use technology competently
Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
Organization : Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting.
Soft Skills : A calm, reassuring bedside manner and a strong work ethic.
Reliability : Punctual and ready to support the clinical team every day.
