Sports Centre - AESS is a South Australian business supplying custom sportswear, uniforms, and team kits to sporting clubs, schools, and corporate clients across Adelaide. We're a tight-knit team that takes pride in excellent product and even better service — and we're looking for a Sales Consultant to join us.

About the role

This is a client-facing sales role covering three key areas: managing existing accounts, serving walk-in clients, and handling inbound calls and directing enquiries.

What you'll be doing
Account management_
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
Handle reorders, queries, and follow-ups
Build strong ongoing relationships
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Showroom, walk-in & calls_
Greet and assist walk-in clients
Take, manage, and direct inbound calls
Prepare accurate quotes and process orders
Manage multiple enquiries with attention to detail





What we're looking for
Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role
Confident and skilled phone manner — comfortable taking and directing calls
Strong attention to detail — especially with orders, quotes, and client information
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and clients without dropping the ball
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine interest apparel
Experience with CRM or order management systems is a plus
