An Experienced Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations during their assigned shift, ensuring staff perform efficiently, customers receive excellent service, and company policies are followed.

Experienced Shift Supervisor Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and lead employees during assigned shifts.
Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
Open and close the business according to company procedures.
Train, coach,



and mentor recent and existing employees.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
Ensure workplace health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Prepare shift reports and communicate key information to management.
Handle cash, process transactions, and reconcile tills (where applicable).
Assist management in achieving sales and operational targets.

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
