ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a casual position, shifts range from 2 to 10 hours depending on participant needsYou may be rostered for up to 3 shifts in a single dayWe offer flexible scheduling to suit a variety of lifestyles, whether you are looking for supplementary income or a more regular roster
PAY RATES
1 year of experience: $*****/hr2+ years of experience: $*****/hr

Our participants with current vacancies are looking for candidates that fit one or many of the following criteria:
Males and FemalesExperience working in SIL homesExperience working with childrenAvailability to start shifts as early as 7am

Previous experience supporting people with disabilityExperience monitoring and reporting on wellbeing goals and strategiesA proactive and innovative approach to careCertificate in Disability or Mental Health (desirable)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting participants with daily living tasks including showering, dressing, and mealsSupporting participants with community activities such as shopping, appointments, and exerciseImplementing behavioural, speech therapy, and occupational therapy strategies under specialist directionMonitoring and reporting on participant wellbeing and goalsCompleting rostering and administrative tasks via our digital platforms
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Current First Aid certificateVictorian driver's licence and registered car with comprehensive insuranceNDIS Worker Screening CheckWorking with Children CheckNDIS Orientation Module (or willingness to complete before starting)
