transfers and daily living activitiesAssist with meals, hydration and nutritional supportAccurately document care provided and report any changes in conditionCommunicate effectively with Registered Nurses and the broader clinical teamPromote a positive and inclusive environment for residents and familiesAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:At least 1 - 2 years experience as a personal care worker (desirable).
Have Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care (desirable).
