We are now recruiting Casual Team Members to join our new store at ShareTea - University of Queensland, St Lucia .

About the Role

As a ShareTea Team Member, you will be responsible for:
Delivering friendly, engaging customer service and creating a positive in-store experience
Preparing our signature bubble tea drinks with care, consistency, and pride
Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store setting
Preparing fresh ingredients, including brewing tea and cooking toppings
Working as part of a fast-paced, supportive team

About You

We are looking for people who:
Have a positive attitude and a strong customer service mindset
Are confident communicators and enjoy working with people
Can work efficiently in a busy setting




Are reliable and punctual
Have valid Australian working rights (no sponsorship available)

Previous experience is not required — full paid training will be provided; however, willingness to learn and enthusiasm are essential.

Availability
Weekdays : Approx. 8:00 am - 5:00 pm :
Weekend shifts may be negotiated later
Hours may change based on business demand
