Join the experienced team at Combined Saw & Knife as an Apprentice Saw Doctor in our Deception Bay, QLD location. This full time role will see you learn the skills required to become a qualified Saw Doctor, maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial saws for our customers.

What you'll be doing
Assisting experienced Saw Doctors with the maintenance, repair and sharpening of a range of industrial saws
Developing technical skills to diagnose and fix saw issues
Handling and operating a variety of machinery and tools used in saw repair
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
Maintaining a clean and organised workshop setting
Liaising with customers to understand their saw requirements

What we're looking for
Good mechanical aptitude and a keen interest in repairing and maintaining machinery
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn




Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Reliable and punctual with a positive, can-do attitude
