Requirements :
Available for immediate start :
Preferred Stoma Care experience :
Preferred crisis intervention experience (CPI or MAPA, PART training certified) :
Preferred medication training :
Experienced with NDIS and Community Care
Excellent English verbal and written communication
Valid Australian Driver’s Licence & access to a comprehensive-insured car
NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment
Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
Must be willing to provide all aspects of support :
Confident in managing complex behaviours

What you’ll do:




Complete all tasks relevant to support work including anything from meal preparation to domestic assistance, community access and personal care
Empower participants to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible
Be a trusted and reliable point of contact for participants and their families
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as shift notes, progress notes, behaviour charts and incident reports.
