About the role
Temporary opportunity to contribute to the delivery of protected, high quality anaesthetic support services at the Redcliffe Hospital through the Department of Anaesthesia. The role is responsible and accountable for delivering high quality outcomes within the 'Equipment and Clinical Consumables' portfolio contributing to providing continuous quality outcomes
About you
Anaesthetic Healthcare Practitioner's rostering and leave management including deployment of AHP's throughout Redcliffe Hospital including operating theatres, endoscopy and other off-floor areas including assisting with allocations of staff according to demand and patient acuity. This role will involve collaboration with the Operating Theatre Nurse Unit Manager to co-ordinate rostering requirements with anaesthetic nursing allocations to support a blended model of Anaesthetic assistance.
Highly effective communication interpersonal communication skills and ability to use negotiation and conflict management skills with inter-disciplinary team members, internal and external stakeholders, and leadership positions.
