Safely operate a forklift (valid FL licence required)
Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries
Maintain scheduled delivery times with customers
Complete dispatch and receival documentation




Assist the Operations Coordinator with daily reporting and general admin duties Skills and Experiences : About You
Availability to work Monday - Friday + every second Saturday, starting early mornings (1am)
2+ years of forklift experience with a current high-risk forklift licence (FL) and car licence
Understanding of dispatch/receival processes (fresh produce or perishable goods experience is a bonus!)
Solid attention to detail, time management, and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role preferred
Experience with computer systems (Ironbark preferred)
