We currently have an excellent opportunity available at Fiorelli Restaurant, open 7 days a week, lunch and dinners.

Seeking a dynamic experienced Chef/Cook to join our dedicated team.

KEY ATTRIBUTES
Commercial Cookery Qualifications
Experience in a similar role for at least 2 years in a rapid-paced kitchen environment
Passionate about high quality food
A high level of hygiene standards and personal presentation
Positive attitude, teamwork and ability to thrive under pressure
Reliable, punctual and efficient
Work rapid, clean and motivate team by leading by example
Deliver high quality dishes, consistently well
Following and enforcing workplace health and safety requirements




Working with head chef to meet the food and kitchen budget
Developing kitchen services standards that ensure efficiencies and compliance

JOB DESCRIPTION
Food prep and food production of a la carte cooking
Kitchen set up and breakdown pre and post service
Practice and maintain a safe work workplace
Follow food safety practices
Stock control and rotation
Supervision of apprentices and kitchen attendants
Communication with front of house and back of house staff
A team player
