Sharp and Carter are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join the team of a well known manufacturing company based in Rydalmere.
This role is ideal for someone with a passion for providing excellent customer service and managing service requests efficiently.Position Type: 6 month Temp initially (perm opportunities available)Location: Rydalmere, NSW - full time in officeWork Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMKey Responsibilities:Take inbound calls, acting as the first point of contact for customers, determining if a service request is needed and entering it into the system.Provide after-sales service to address customer requests or issues.Manage administrative tasks within the service team,



ensuring smooth daily operations.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and answer emails promptly.Ensure a high level of customer service to meet both business and customer needs.The Ideal CandidateExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Robust attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Experience in a customer service call center role.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
