Bring your passion for quality ingredients, dough preparation, and pizza craftsmanship, and work with the team to create memorable dining experiences for our guests.Primary ResponsibilitiesTake charge of your designated pizza section to ensure smooth service delivery, while supporting other kitchen areas when requiredPrepare, stretch, top, and cook pizzas to a consistently high standard, ensuring quality, presentation, and tasteBring a touch of creativity and passion to your work, contributing to menu innovation and daily specials where appropriateStay diligent in adhering to local regulations related to health, safety, and compliance, with a solid grasp of HACCP managementEnsure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in preparing food orders and menu items during busy service periodsAssist with dough preparation, ingredient portioning,



stock rotation, and maintaining a clean and organised workstationFoster a collaborative approach between the front-of-house team and the kitchen brigade for a harmonious work environmentSkills & ExperienceMinimum educational requirement: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)Previous experience as a Pizza Chef, Pizzaiolo, or in a similar role preparing and cooking pizzas in a commercial kitchenKnowledge of dough preparation, fermentation processes, and pizza oven operations is highly regardedProficiency in independent work and a proactive attitude within a dynamic settingDemonstrated capability to excel in a rapid-paced, high-pressure team environmentFlexible availability to accommodate various shifts, including mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
