Parkville College seeks a Transitions Team Leader to lead student pathways and transitions across its campuses, based at Cherry Creek Transitions Team.
You will supervise a multidisciplinary team and foster partnerships with DE Regional offices, DJCS, schools and employers to deliver education and employment pathways for detained youth.
The role requires adaptive leadership, robust communication, and a track record of coordinating complex transition programs within a custodial education setting.
