Work alongside classroom teachers to support students with individually learning needs by:assisting students with their learning needs, either individually or in groups and general classroom supportprovide individualised behaviour support to students with specific behavioural needssupporting students learning academically, socially, emotionally, physically and spirituallyliaising regularly with teaching staff with regards to student learning needimplement Personalised Learning Plans (PLPs)support a positive learning environmentcomplying with the school's Child Protected Policy, Code of Conduct and procedures relating to Child Safetyattend to the needs of students with disability, students from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, students who are unable to live at home, international students, and LGBTIQ+ students
