The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy commercial Pizzeria, preferably with a background in Italian cuisine. You will be responsible for food preparation and pastry , cooking and maintaining consistent quality and presentation while following our recipes and kitchen standards.

Key responsibilities
Prepare the menu according to established recipes and standards Maintain consistent food quality, portioning and presentation Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures Maintain a clean,



organised and secure workstation Assist with preparation and daily kitchen operations Follow stock rotation and correct food storage procedures Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team during busy services
