The successful applicant will have: 2+ years’ supervisory experience and 5+ years’ hospitality experience Vibrant personality with high energy and natural hospitality Professional personal presentation and strong communication skills Robust leadership presence with the ability to inspire and mentor Task-driven, goal-orientated, and highly organised Strong beverage and cocktail knowledge Experience doing stock ordering, stocktakes and batching Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a team as well as work independently
