Evolve FM is seeking a People & Culture Officer to support recruitment, onboarding and employee administration in Canberra.
The role focuses on effective P&C; workflows, accurate data entry and system-wide transactions across the employee lifecycle.
Working closely with the People & Culture Manager, you will ensure compliance, training coordination and documentation quality while maintaining confidentiality and high accuracy in all records.
