About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Power Platform Engineerto design, develop, and support enterprise solutions across theMicrosoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
You will deliver low-code applications, business process automation, analytics solutions, and platform governance while ensuring compliance with Australian Government security standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and developCanvas AppsandModel-Driven Appsusing Microsoft Power Apps.
Build and maintainPower Automatecloud and desktop (RPA) workflows.
Design and manageDataversedata models, security roles, business rules, and solution architecture.
Develop interactivePower BIreports, dashboards, semantic models, and paginated reports.
Configure and customiseDynamics 365modules, forms, workflows, dashboards, and business process flows.
Integrate Power Platform and Dynamics 365 with external systems usingMicrosoft Graph API, Azure Integration Services, and custom connectors.
ImplementApplication Lifecycle Management (ALM)using managed solutions, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
Configure and administerPower Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE)and governance policies.
Implement Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and ensure compliance withISMandEssential Eightsecurity requirements.




Provide technical guidance, documentation, user training, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
Robust hands-on experience withMicrosoft Power Platform:Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
Power Automate
Power BI
Power Pages
Expertise inDataversedata modelling, security, business rules, plug-ins, custom connectors, and solution management.
Experience configuring and customisingDynamics 365(Customer Service, Field Service, or similar).
Strong Power BI development skills includingDAX, semantic models, Row-Level Security (RLS), deployment pipelines, and dataflows.
Experience implementingPower Platform ALM, managed solutions, andAzure DevOps CI/CD.
Experience working withingovernment or highly regulated environments.
Understanding ofISM,Essential Eight, and Microsoft security best practices.
Desirable
Microsoft Certifications such asPL-200, PL-400, PL-600, or PL-300.
Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-210, MB-240, or equivalent).
Experience withMicrosoft Copilot Studio.
Knowledge ofAzure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Service Bus.
Eligibility
Active NV1 Security Clearanceor willingness and eligibility to obtain one is essential.
