Key responsibilities
Food preparation and cooking
EFTPOS and cash handling
Setup and pack-down
Cleaning and food safety
Managing a food truck setup independently
About you
Punctual and reliable
Friendly and confident under pressure
Available for weekend work, early starts and occasional evenings
Driver's licence essential
Hospitality experience preferred
