Job Description:
As a Caregiver at our Summerset in the Vines village, you will work as part of a team that creates the safest, healthiest and most enjoyable lifestyle for our residents. This role is wide-ranging and centres around providing personal care and assistance to our resident’s daily lives.
Typical duties include:
Delivering meals and helping with mealtimes
Aiding with hygiene, such as showering
Assisting with Individual care plan requirements, such as walks and exercises
Helping with activities, such as puzzles, table tennis etc

We have 2 positions available:
Full time: 60 - 80hours per fortnight on a 4 days on, 2 days off roster with a mix of AM and PM shifts.
Part-time: 48 hours per fortnight from Monday - Thursday, 7am - 1:30pm.
Qualifications:
You will naturally be empathetic, kind and patient,
and thrive in a role where your compassion and care make a difference to people’s lives.
You’ll bring with you:
Experience in aged care or a similar role
Robust verbal communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
Commitment to a rotational roster across morning, afternoon and night shifts
Ability to work a roster pattern of 4 days on and 2 days off
