About the Prospect We're looking for a reliable, customer-focused team player to join our Renovators Discount Centre (RDC) and Taps team. This casual role suits someone who enjoys helping customers, learning about products and working as part of a team. Retail, sales or trade experience is an advantage, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as significant. Current Roster Subject to change and agreement with the manager. Week One: Monday and Tuesday, 7:30am-5:00pm Week Two: Monday and Friday, 7:30am-5:00pm, and Saturday, 8:00am-4:00pm. The roster repeats every two weeks. Availability every second Saturday is essential.



What You'll Be Doing
Assisting customers with product selection and sales
Learning about bathroom, tapware and renovation products
Processing sales and preparing quotes
Maintaining stock and showroom presentation
Supporting outstanding customer service What We're Looking For
Retail, sales or customer service experience an advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Reliable, organised and willing to learn
Positive, team-focused attitude
