We are looking for experienced and dealer trained Motor Mechanics and Auto Electricians with European and Japanese made vehicles (light & heavy) and 4WDs experience for our clients in the Hunter Region including Singleton, Cessnock, Muswellbrook & Newcastle, NSW.

In this role you will be required to:
Servicing and tuning of vehicles (as per factory required standards)
Diagnostic tracing of fault codes and repair of traced fault
Dismantling of engine assemblies, transmissions, steering mechanisms and other component for rebuilding or repair.
Realigning and adjusting brakes, wheel laser alignment
Attending to general vehicle maintenance and repairs as requested by customers, including removal and replacement of worn components
Auto electricians must be able to install, maintain, identify faults and repair electrical wiring and computer-based equipment in motor vehicles and related equipment, such as caravans and trailers.
Testing of vehicle under driving conditions after repairs have been completed.

Experience:




Applicant will ideally hold relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications
At least 1-Year of relevant employment experience is required
Knowledge and experience in servicing and maintenance of European and Japanese made vehicles as well as other vehicles (Including 4WDs)
Positive diagnostic skills on specific brands
Proven ability to work in a rapid paced workplace and under pressure
Good organisational skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Manufacturer training and experience is essential
