ABOUT THE ROLE
S: As a Cocktail Bar Attendant, you will:
Prepare and serve classic and contemporary cocktails with confidence and flair
Deliver warm, professional, and engaging service to every guest
Maintain high standards of presentation behind the bar
Work collaboratively with our floor and kitchen teams to create a seamless experience WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Previous bar experience in a premium or fast-paced venue
Sound knowledge of cocktails, wine, and craft beer
A genuine passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
Availability Thursday–Sunday (weekend availability essential)
Current NSW RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
