THE POSITION
Lead and supervise cleaning teams across daily and periodic tasks
Allocate staff duties and manage rosters to ensure service coverage
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high hygiene standards
Support infection control procedures and specialised cleaning in high-risk areas
Train, mentor, and onboard new and existing staff THE PERSON




Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role, ideally in healthcare
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse cleaning team
Experience managing rosters and coordinating daily operations
Competent in managing inventory and waste reduction practices
Police check holder (or you are willing to obtain a police check) THE PERKS
