You will support clients in their homes, helping with daily living activities and maintaining independence.
This role is part time and permanent, with a competitive hourly rate and Not-for-Profit salary packaging.
In addition to care delivery, you will assist with transport, shopping, and accessing community activities, under an individual Care Plan.
A driver's licence and roadworthy vehicle are essential.
