key responsibilities
being responding, triaging, resolving, and escalating as needed. This isn’t a role that fits neatly into level 1, level 2 etc. One day you’ll be resetting a password, the next you’ll be supporting the install of bespoke factory machinery. If you like variety, enjoy learning current systems, and want to see the impact of your work, this is the role for you. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday. Occasional after-hours and weekend support may be required from time to time. What You’ll Do
Provide onsite and remote IT support
Troubleshoot hardware, software and retail systems
Manage incidents through to resolution
Deploy devices and support site technology
Maintain IT assets and documentation
Support projects and continuous improvement
Train and support end users
Identify and prevent technology issues What Experience & Skills You’ll Bring
Windows 11, iOS and Microsoft 365
