Respected boutique CBD family law firm seeking an experienced qualified to provide high-level support to Principal and Lawyer.

The Chance

This established boutique family law firm, based in the heart of the CBD, is recognised for its specialist expertise and has built a strong reputation for achieving successful outcomes for its clients. The firm is seeking a Family Law Paralegal to provide direct support to the Principal and Lawyer within a close-knit and professional team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level support to the Principal, including diary management, scheduling, travel coordination, etc
Draft, review, and manage legal correspondence and court documents
Manage monthly billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Act as a trusted point of contact between clients and Principal or other Lawyers
Assist with general office administration and all other ad-hoc duties as required

About You

The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Family Law (essential)
Experience using Affinity Legal Software (desirable, not essential)
Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively within a team
Excellent time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills
