About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Driver to join our client's team in Banyo. This role is ideal for a reliable and safety-conscious operator who is comfortable working in a freezer environment with temperatures ranging from -18°C to -21°C.
You will be responsible for operating a high reach forklift and assisting with warehouse duties to ensure the protected and efficient movement of stock.
Key Responsibilities
Operate a high reach forklift safely and efficiently.
Move, stack, and store stock within the freezer warehouse.
Pick and replenish stock as required.
Assist with general warehouse duties when needed.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
Requirements
Previous high reach forklift experience is essential.
Valid and current LF forklift licence.
Comfortable working in a freezer setting at -18°C to -21°C.
Ability to follow safety procedures and wear appropriate protective equipment.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable transport to and from the Banyo site is preferred.
Pay and Advantages
$34.96 per hour base rate
$0.85 per hour freezer allowance
Total: $35.81 per hour
Consistent four-day work schedule, Monday to Thursday.
Afternoon shift from 12:00 PM to 6:30 PM.
Location: Buchanan Road, Banyo, QLD
