We are seeking compassionate, experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality in-home care across Moorabbin, Highett and surrounding suburbs. We have a range of clients and support requirements, including some roles supporting people living with Motor Neurone Disease (MND). MND experience is required for these positions. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Disability Support Worker (DSW) to support clients in
Location:
Moorabbin and Highett
Shifts: Weekdays Monday
Friday 8am
4pm Availbility
Start: Immediate start preferred
Experience:
Must have experience as a DSW working with NDIS clients with MND




Must be confident working with clients with complex care needs and behaviours of concern.
Training: Must have experience in NIV Management, PEG Feeding, Manual Handling and Medication Assistance
Must be available for minimum 4 days of the week

Responsibilities:
Personal care (toileting & showering assistance)
Cooking and cleaning
Community access and engagement
Manual handling
Medication assistance Ideal Candidate:
Enthusiastic, reliable, and compassionate
Robust understanding of person-centred care
Confident working with complex support needs
