cmr has partnered with a leading regional health service to engage an experienced Mental Health Clinician for the following, full-time permanent prospect based in in the Portland area.
Working in the adult community mental health team, this role is best suited to a Social Worker, Psychologist, RN, or Counsellor with strong public mental health experience, particularly in community settings.
Completing mental health assessments.
Managing a community caseload.
Provide recovery oriented care.
Work collaberatibley with an multidiciplinary team.

Requirements:
Eligibilty for membership with AASW, or current registration with relevant body.
Minimum 2 years' mental health experience.
Strong community mental health case management and crisis assessment experience.
Current Drivers Licence
Willingness to relocate to Portland VIC
