We are seeking motivated hospitality professionals to join our growing team across our café, hotel and function venues.
Guest Services
Deliver exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests.
Manage reservations, guest enquiries and front desk operations efficiently and accurately.
Assist guests with travel arrangements, local recommendations and hotel services.
Work collaboratively with all departments, demonstrating strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Clean and maintain guest accommodation rooms.
Change bed linen, make beds and replenish amenities.
Clean function rooms,



public areas and shared facilities.
Report maintenance issues and meet daily cleaning schedules.
Current RSA Certificate (essential)
Current Food Safety Certificate compliant with SA legislation
Adaptable availability including evenings and weekends
Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage/functions
Current RSA Certificate (essential)
Current Food Safety Certificate compliant with SA legislation
Responsible Person (RP) Licence required (or willingness to obtain)
